These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and twdown ("twdown", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of https://twdown.cam. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to every clause set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the twdown platform and close your account. This Agreement supplements — and does not replace — our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
The twdown Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold reflects Indonesian cultural standards for adult entertainment participation. By registering an Account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. twdown reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with this requirement. Any winnings accrued on an Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age shall be forfeited in their entirety.
2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction
The primary target market of twdown is Indonesia. You represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to verify that online wagering is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. twdown makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Personal Capacity
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. You further confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are not subject to self-exclusion orders, guardian restrictions, or any other legal limitation on your ability to engage in online gambling activities.
21+ Mandatory: By using twdown, you solemnly declare that you are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any Account confirmed to be held by a minor will be permanently closed, with all funds withheld and reported to the appropriate authorities.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the twdown Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits. twdown employs automated detection systems and manual review procedures to identify multi-account violations.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and date of birth. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes. twdown shall not be liable for any service disruption, delayed withdrawal, or failed transaction caused by inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security
You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. twdown will not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions or losses arising from your failure to secure your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
twdown is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:
- A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), showing your full name, photo, date of birth, and NIK;
- A recent proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months); and
- A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face in good lighting.
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
twdown accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the fol lowing Indonesian payment methods:
- Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
- E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval)
All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). twdown does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by VIP membership tier and are published in the Player's Account dashboard. twdown reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, you must contact support with the transaction reference number, amount, date and time, and the originating bank or e-wallet name. twdown is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB) are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes to the Player's registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. twdown reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our risk management systems.
4.5 Ownership of Funds
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance, criminal origin, or third-party claim. Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent financial reporting obligations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Indonesian financial intelligence authorities (PPATK). Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with twdown's operational capital.
twdown does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for twdown's welcome bonus of 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000, subject to the conditions in this Section. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitutes a violation of Section 3.1 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
5.2 Rollover / Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by twdown are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount — and any winnings derived therefrom — may be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 5x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, and live dealer games with theoretical house edges below 1%) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward rollover completion. Full contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Validity
Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of the date they are credited to a Player's Account, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Unused bonus balances that expire are automatically removed from the Player's Wallet with no compensation. Bonus expiry periods will not be extended except at twdown's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5.4 Promotional Integrity
twdown reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated wagers, and recover any winnings where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Player has abused a promotional offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to neutralize risk, systematically exploiting bonus terms to generate guaranteed profit ("bonus arbitrage"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. twdown's determination of promotional abuse is final and binding.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
twdown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being played through at the time the change takes effect.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are accepted at twdown's sole discretion. A bet is considered accepted and binding only when a confirmation message and unique bet reference number are displayed in the Player's Account. Bets placed during technical outages, system errors, or data feed interruptions may be voided. twdown reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
6.2 Odds and Markets
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. For live in-play markets — including bandar bola (online football bookmaker) markets — odds fluctuate in real time and the Player accepts the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation. Historical odds for completed events are logged and may be audited in the event of a dispute.
6.3 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 football, UCI for cycling, BWF for badminton). Where official results are unavailable or disputed, twdown will use the most reliable available sources and apply its own reasonable judgment. Settlement decisions made in good faith are final, subject to the dispute process in Section 6.4.
6.4 Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the bet settlement timestamp. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered. twdown will investigate and respond within 5 business days. twdown's resolution is final for operational purposes; however, nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek independent legal recourse.
6.5 Maximum Payout
twdown applies maximum single-bet payout limits that vary by sport, game category, and VIP tier. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface before the bet is confirmed. Winning amounts exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the stated odds. Players are advised to review payout limits before placing high-value wagers.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twdown Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:
- Creating or operating multiple Accounts in violation of Section 3.1;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or manipulate game outcomes;
- Colluding with other Players to fix match results, share cards in live poker, or otherwise distort the competitive integrity of any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or data feed errors to place bets at artificially advantageous odds — any profits derived from such exploits will be void;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or processing of criminally derived funds through the Platform;
- Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access, fund, or operate your Account;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, databases, or proprietary algorithms;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing twdown staff, other Players, or third-party agents in any communication channel.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the twdown Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of twdown or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, publicly displayed, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of twdown. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
Game content and titles provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under license. twdown makes no ownership claims over third-party game content.
9 Privacy & Data
twdown collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. We implement 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular third-party security audits to protect your data.
twdown does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers. Data sharing is limited to identity verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by law. 10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twdown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, lost profits, data corruption, or service interruption.
twdown's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
twdown is not liable for losses or disruptions caused by Force Majeure events, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, government-mandated shutdowns, or third-party payment provider outages. In such circumstances twdown will make all reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate progress to affected Players.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: All forms of gambling involve financial risk and the possibility of loss. You acknowledge that your use of twdown is at your own risk and that twdown provides no guarantee of winnings. Never wager funds you cannot afford to lose. Players aged 21 and above only.
11 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators licensed under international jurisdiction. While twdown's primary market is Indonesia and its services are designed for Indonesian Players, the Platform operates under international licensing frameworks. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to override mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to Players in their country of residence.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through twdown's internal dispute process shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitration tribunal directs otherwise.
12 Amendments
twdown reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by legal or regulatory obligation. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
